Mistral is located in the seaside part of Świnoujście, a short distance from the beach, promenade, and Spa Park. The location allows for quick access to the sea, green areas, and tourist infrastructure. The apartments are located in a modern, multi-story building with an elevator. Each apartment has a large balcony or terrace. Most apartments have a parking space – either on-site or in the immediate vicinity, depending on the offer. Nearby are shops, restaurants, and services, as well as bike paths and walking trails leading to German resorts, among others. The proximity of Spa Park is an additional advantage for those preferring a peaceful stay. Mistral is a functional accommodation facility in the seaside district of Świnoujście, suitable for both short-term and year-round stays. Please note that an apartment complex is under construction on the neighboring property.
