The Promenada 231 apartment is located in the prestigious Baltic Park Promenada complex, right on the promenade and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's the perfect place for those looking for restaurants, cafes, and a seaside atmosphere right next door.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator and comprises a living room with a dining area and kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. Its unique feature is two large, sunny terraces – one with a side sea view, the other with a panoramic view of the promenade. Each room offers direct access to one of the terraces. A surface parking space next to the building is included in the price.
