The Zdrojowa 20.15 apartment is located near the sea and the promenade, on the edge of Zdrojowy Park, in a green and quiet part of the seaside district. It's an excellent location for those who want to take advantage of walking and cycling trails, while also enjoying the proximity of the beach and the spa atmosphere of Świnoujście.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a west-facing balcony. A garage space is included in the price.
