The Zdrojowa 16.42 apartment is located near the beach and promenade, directly adjacent to Spa Park, in a quiet and green part of the seaside district. It's an ideal option for families and groups who want to relax near the sea while also enjoying walking and cycling trails and the spa's attractions.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room opens onto an east-facing balcony. A garage space is included in the price.
